Event Terms & Conditions
1. Ticketing
1.1 Tickets are priced at £ CHECK EVENT FOR PRICE plus a booking fee per person.
1.2 Tickets must be purchased via authorised sales channels only.
1.3 Tickets may be available to purchase on the day, subject to availability.
1.4 Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket.
1.5 Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation (see Section 9).
2. Event Times - Venue
2.1 The event will run from 11:00am until 10:00pm.
2.2 The organiser reserves the right to amend event timings - Venue where necessary.
3. Entry & Admission
3.1 The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission without explanation.
3.2 All attendees may be subject to security searches on entry.
3.3 Re-entry is not permitted. Once you leave the fenced event area, you will not be allowed to re-enter.
3.4 The event takes place within a fenced perimeter, and attendees must remain within the designated event site at all times.
3.5 People with camping wristbands will be allowed to go to the campsite during festival times.
4. Alcohol & Prohibited Items
4.1 No alcohol may be brought into the event.
4.2 Any alcohol found during entry searches will be confiscated.
4.3 Illegal substances, weapons, fireworks, flares, glass bottles, and other hazardous items are strictly prohibited.
4.4 Anyone found in possession of prohibited items may be refused entry or removed from the event without refund.
5. Behaviour
5.1 Attendees must behave responsibly at all times.
5.2 Any anti-social, aggressive, unsafe or illegal behaviour will result in removal from the event without refund.
5.3 The organiser reserves the right to involve security staff and/or police where necessary.
6. Age Restrictions
6.1 Under 18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
6.2 Valid ID may be required for alcohol purchases.
7. Safety & Liability
7.1 Attendance is at your own risk.
7.2 The organiser accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal property.
7.3 The organiser shall not be liable for injury, damage or loss except where caused by negligence.
8. Photography & Media
8.1 The event may be filmed or photographed.
8.2 By attending, you consent to the use of your image in promotional material without compensation.
9. Cancellation / Changes
9.1 The organiser reserves the right to amend the line-up without prior notice.
9.2 In the event of full cancellation, tickets will be refunded excluding booking fees unless otherwise required by law.
9.3 The event will proceed in most weather conditions unless deemed unsafe.
LOVE ON THE RUNWAY FESTIVAL
Campsite Terms & Conditions
To ensure everyone has a safe, enjoyable and memorable festival experience, all campers must comply with the following campsite rules and regulations.
By entering the campsite, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
PERMITTED ITEMS
The following items are permitted within the campsite:
✅ Tents and standard camping equipment
✅ Gazebos (maximum 3m x 3m)
✅ Folding chairs and camping furniture
✅ Sleeping bags, air beds and camping equipment
✅ Food and soft drinks for personal consumption
✅ Portable phone chargers and power banks
✅ Personal medication
✅ Personal toiletries
PROHIBITED ITEMS
The following items are strictly prohibited and may be confiscated:
❌ Glass bottles, jars or containers of any kind
❌ Fireworks, flares, smoke bombs, sky lanterns or explosives
❌ Illegal drugs, nitrous oxide or drug paraphernalia
❌ Psychoactive substances ("legal highs")
❌ Weapons of any kind, including knives (other than standard camping utensils)
❌ Firearms, air weapons or imitation firearms
❌ Laser pens
❌ Drones or unmanned aerial devices
❌ Large sound systems
❌ Personal generators
❌ Industrial fuel containers
❌ Large gas cylinders
❌ Animals (except registered assistance dogs)
❌ Chinese lanterns
❌ Offensive banners, flags or signage
❌ Any item considered dangerous by festival management or security
ZERO-TOLERANCE DRUG POLICY
The festival operates a strict zero-tolerance policy towards illegal drugs and psychoactive substances.
Anyone found in possession of, supplying, or using illegal substances may be refused entry, ejected from the festival without refund and may be reported to the police.
GLASS POLICY
For the safety of all attendees, glass is not permitted anywhere on site, including the campsite and car parks.
Any glass brought to the festival will be confiscated and disposed of.
ALCOHOL POLICY
Alcohol is permitted within the campsite for personal consumption only.
The following limits apply per adult camper:
✅ Up to 24 cans of beer, lager or cider
OR
✅ One box of wine
OR
✅ Up to 1 litre of spirits in a plastic bottle only
Festival management reserves the right to confiscate excessive quantities of alcohol.
Challenge 25 will operate throughout the festival.
Alcohol may not be sold, distributed or supplied to other attendees.
WRISTBANDS & ACCREDITATION
All attendees must wear their festival wristband at all times.
❌ Wristbands are non-transferable.
❌ Lost, stolen or damaged wristbands may not be replaced.
Anyone found without a valid wristband may be removed from the campsite or festival site.
CAMPING RULES
✅ Camp only in designated camping areas.
✅ Respect fellow campers, staff and local residents.
✅ Dispose of rubbish responsibly using the bins provided.
✅ Follow all instructions issued by festival staff, stewards, security and emergency services.
✅ Keep all walkways, fire lanes and emergency access routes clear at all times.
❌ Excessive noise, amplified music or anti-social behaviour between 12:00am and 8:00am will not be tolerated.
FIRE SAFETY
❌ Open fires are strictly prohibited.
❌ Fire pits are not permitted.
❌ BBQs are not permitted.
❌ Burning rubbish or other materials is prohibited.
Anyone creating a fire risk may be removed from the festival without refund.
VEHICLES
Vehicles are only permitted in designated parking and camping areas.
❌ No vehicle movements will be permitted within the campsite during restricted hours.
❌ Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs will result in immediate removal from the site and may be reported to the police.
CHILDREN
Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
Parents and guardians remain fully responsible for the welfare and conduct of children attending the festival.
MEDICAL & WELFARE
Medical and welfare facilities will be available throughout the festival.
If you or another attendee requires assistance, please contact a steward, member of security, welfare staff or first aider immediately.
Festival staff reserve the right to intervene where an attendee's health, safety or wellbeing may be at risk.
ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR
The following behaviour will not be tolerated:
❌ Aggressive or threatening behaviour
❌ Violence or fighting
❌ Harassment, discrimination or abuse
❌ Excessive intoxication causing nuisance to others
❌ Damage to festival property
❌ Behaviour that risks the safety or enjoyment of others
Anyone engaging in such behaviour may be removed from the festival without refund.
TRADING & PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITY
No unauthorised trading, fly-posting, leafleting, sampling, fundraising, filming for commercial purposes or promotional activity is permitted without prior written consent from festival management.
PHOTOGRAPHY & FILMING
By entering the festival, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed and recorded.
Images, video and audio captured at the event may be used by Love On The Runway Festival, Source of Sounds and associated partners for promotional, marketing and media purposes.
SEARCH POLICY
All persons, vehicles, bags, tents and camping equipment may be searched upon entry or at any time during the event.
Refusal to comply with a search request may result in refusal of entry or removal from the festival.
PERSONAL PROPERTY
Attendees bring personal property to the festival at their own risk.
Festival management accepts no responsibility for any loss, theft or damage to personal belongings, vehicles, camping equipment or other property.
ENVIRONMENT
Please respect the festival site and surrounding area.
Leave no trace and dispose of waste responsibly.
Any tents, gazebos, camping equipment or personal belongings left behind after the festival may be removed and disposed of.
FESTIVAL MANAGEMENT RIGHTS
Festival management reserves the right to:
• Refuse entry to any person.
• Confiscate prohibited items.
• Amend these Terms & Conditions where necessary.
• Remove any person who breaches these Terms & Conditions.
• Remove any person whose behaviour may compromise the safety, security or enjoyment of others.
No refunds will be issued to attendees removed from the festival for breaches of these Terms & Conditions.
